These terms apply to all services provided by QV Creative Studio. By approving a quote, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes and scope
Prices on our website are starting prices. Each project gets a written quote with the exact scope, price and delivery date. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
2. Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer. Payment details and due dates are stated in your quote.
3. Delivery
Standard delivery is 3 business days for designs, 4 business days for videos and 7 business days for trend reports. Delivery dates may move if materials or feedback from you arrive late.
4. Revisions
Each design and video includes 2 revision rounds. Additional revisions are available for an extra fee.
5. Your materials
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all photos, footage, logos, text and other materials you send us. You are responsible for any claims related to those materials.
6. Usage rights
You may use the final work only for the purposes agreed in your service agreement. Any other use requires our written approval.
7. Portfolio
We may show completed work in our portfolio with your brand name and logo hidden. Tell us if you prefer that we do not show your project.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
9. Business information
